Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 23 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Wayvelo.
Wayvelo is operated by N CRAYTHORN & J.T SOPHOCLEOUS, an Australian partnership trading under the Renownlabs name, ABN 63 511 033 250, based in New South Wales, Australia.
In these Terms, "Wayvelo", "Renownlabs", "we", "us" and "our" refer to that partnership.
By accessing or using Wayvelo, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Wayvelo.
1. About Wayvelo
Wayvelo is a mobile and tablet travel-planning application designed to help users organise and plan personal travel.
The Wayvelo website is currently primarily a marketing and informational website.
The core Wayvelo travel-planning Service is provided through the Wayvelo mobile and tablet application.
In these Terms:
- "App" means the Wayvelo mobile and tablet application.
- "Website" means Wayvelo's public website.
- "Service" means the App and related Wayvelo services.
- "User Content" means information, documents, images, notes and other material you provide through the Service.
- "Extra Trips" means purchased itinerary-generation credits.
- "Wayvelo Pro" means Wayvelo's paid subscription tier.
2. Eligibility
You must be 16 years of age or older to use Wayvelo.
Users under the age of 16 are not permitted to create an account or use the Service.
If you are aged 16 or 17, you must have the legal capacity required under the laws that apply to you. Where parental or guardian consent is legally required, you must obtain that consent before using Wayvelo.
By using Wayvelo, you represent that:
- you are at least 16 years old;
- you are legally permitted to use the Service;
- information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- you will comply with these Terms; and
- your use of Wayvelo is lawful.
If we reasonably believe a user is under 16, we may suspend or delete the relevant account and handle associated information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
3. What Wayvelo provides
Depending on the features available, Wayvelo may allow you to:
- complete travel-preference questionnaires;
- generate personalised travel itineraries;
- receive estimated trip costs;
- receive destination suggestions;
- receive accommodation suggestions;
- receive route and transport information;

- access third-party travel and booking links;
- purchase Extra Trips;
- subscribe to Wayvelo Pro; and
- create read-only sharing links for selected trip information.
Features may change as Wayvelo develops.
4. Wayvelo is not a travel provider
Wayvelo is a travel-planning and organisational tool.
Wayvelo is not:
- a travel agency;
- a tour operator;
- an airline;
- an accommodation provider;
- a transport operator;
- a booking agent;
- an insurer;
- an immigration adviser;
- a visa authority;
- a financial adviser;
- a medical adviser;
- a legal adviser; or
- an emergency assistance service.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Wayvelo does not itself:
- make travel reservations;
- issue airline or transport tickets;
- book accommodation;
- arrange transportation;
- issue visas;
- provide travel insurance;
- guarantee entry to any country; or
- enter into travel contracts on your behalf.
When you make a booking through a third-party provider, the booking relationship is between you and that provider.
5. Accounts
Some Wayvelo functionality may be available without an account.
Other features, including saving trips and maintaining persistent information, require an account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.
You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect access to your account.
You must not:
- knowingly allow unauthorised access to your account;
- impersonate another person;
- create accounts for fraudulent purposes;
- manipulate account entitlements; or
- attempt to circumvent subscription, purchase or generation limits.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact:
6. Guest use
Wayvelo may allow limited trip planning before an account is created.
Guest functionality may be subject to:
- security controls;
- rate limits;
- anonymous-session limits;
- abuse-prevention controls;
- temporary availability; and
- feature restrictions.
A guest may be required to create an account to save or permanently associate a generated trip with them.
Guest access does not create an entitlement to unlimited or permanent free use of Wayvelo.
We may limit anonymous usage where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, automated use or excessive consumption of the Service.
7. Free Wayvelo plan
Registered Free users are currently eligible for up to 5 free itinerary generations per calendar month.
The monthly allowance:
- is linked to the user's Wayvelo account;
- resets each calendar month;
- has no cash value;
- cannot be transferred;
- cannot be exchanged for money; and
- is separate from purchased Extra Trips.
Free-generation allowances are promotional Service features rather than purchased property.
We may change the number, availability or structure of future free generations on a prospective basis.
Any change will not remove paid Extra Trips you have already purchased or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Purchased Extra Trips
Wayvelo may offer a consumable in-app purchase currently described as:
5 Extra Trips
One purchase adds 5 additional itinerary generations to the associated Wayvelo account.
Purchased Extra Trips:
- are separate from the monthly Free allowance;
- are used only after available monthly Free generations have been exhausted;
- do not currently expire while the associated Wayvelo account remains available;
- are consumed when used for an eligible itinerary generation;
- cannot normally be transferred between accounts;
- have no cash value; and
- cannot be exchanged for cash or other property.
The price shown by the applicable app marketplace at the time of purchase is the price that applies to the transaction.
Australian reference pricing may be displayed for informational purposes, but actual pricing may vary by storefront, currency, taxes and platform pricing rules.
9. Wayvelo Pro
Wayvelo Pro is intended for frequent travellers and users who want greater itinerary-generation access.
Wayvelo Pro currently provides:
- unlimited itinerary generation while the subscription remains active; and
- access to applicable Wayvelo Pro functionality made available from time to time.
"Unlimited" means there is no ordinary monthly itinerary-generation quota for normal personal use while Pro is active.
Unlimited access remains subject to reasonable:
- technical limits;
- security controls;
- concurrency protections;
- rate limits;
- anti-fraud measures;
- anti-automation controls; and
- anti-abuse protections.
Unlimited access does not permit automated mass generation, account sharing, scraping, deliberate circumvention of technical controls or activity that threatens the security or operation of the Service.
10. Wayvelo Pro Monthly
Wayvelo Pro Monthly is an auto-renewing monthly subscription.
It provides Wayvelo Pro access while the subscription remains active.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly subscription period unless cancelled in accordance with the procedures of the app marketplace through which it was purchased.
11. Wayvelo Pro Yearly
Wayvelo Pro Yearly is an auto-renewing annual subscription.
It provides the same Wayvelo Pro service tier as Monthly but uses an annual billing period.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each annual subscription period unless cancelled in accordance with the procedures of the relevant app marketplace.
Monthly and Yearly are two billing options for the same Wayvelo Pro tier.
12. Legacy Lifetime access
Wayvelo previously supported a Lifetime purchase option.
Lifetime is no longer intended to be offered to new customers.
Where a user legitimately purchased Lifetime before it was removed from sale, Wayvelo may continue recognising that entitlement in accordance with the purchase terms that applied at the time.
For legacy purchasers, Lifetime means ongoing access to the applicable Wayvelo Pro service while:
- the Wayvelo Service continues to operate;
- the account remains in good standing; and
- continued access is legally and technically possible.
Lifetime does not mean the biological lifetime of the purchaser and is not a promise that Wayvelo will operate indefinitely.
13. Pricing
The price displayed by the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play storefront at the time you confirm a purchase is the applicable transaction price.
Prices may vary based on:
- country;
- currency;
- tax;
- exchange rates;
- storefront pricing; and
- platform rules.
Wayvelo may display Australian reference prices on the Website or other marketing material.
Those reference prices do not override the price displayed by the marketplace through which the actual purchase is completed.
We may change pricing for future purchases.
Changes affecting an existing subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law and relevant app-marketplace requirements.
14. Subscription renewal
Wayvelo Pro Monthly and Wayvelo Pro Yearly are auto-renewable subscriptions.
Unless cancelled, the applicable app marketplace may automatically charge the payment method associated with your marketplace account for each renewal period.
You should review the subscription details shown by the marketplace before confirming a purchase.
15. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel an auto-renewing subscription through the app marketplace account used to purchase it.
Cancellation generally stops future renewals.
Unless a refund, marketplace rule or applicable law provides otherwise, cancelling ordinarily does not immediately end access that has already been paid for.
Your Wayvelo Pro access may continue until the end of the current paid subscription period.
16. Account deletion does not cancel store subscriptions
Deleting your Wayvelo account does not necessarily cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
If you have an active subscription and want to prevent future marketplace charges, you should cancel that subscription through the relevant marketplace before or in connection with deleting your Wayvelo account.
Wayvelo may provide reminders or links to assist you, but we cannot guarantee cancellation of a marketplace subscription solely because your Wayvelo account has been deleted.
17. Account deletion and unused Extra Trips
Deleting your Wayvelo account permanently removes account-linked information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This may include unused purchased Extra Trips associated with that account.
Before deleting your account, you should use any Extra Trips you wish to retain.
After account deletion:
- unused Extra Trips may no longer be recoverable;
- the deleted account may no longer be capable of receiving those entitlements; and
- Wayvelo does not guarantee restoration of consumed or deleted account-linked Extra Trips.
This section does not limit any refund, compensation or other remedy you may have under applicable consumer law.
18. Refunds
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by the relevant marketplace.
Refund requests should generally be submitted through the refund process made available by the marketplace through which the purchase was made.
Eligibility for a refund may depend on:
- marketplace rules;
- applicable law;
- your location;
- the type of purchase; and
- the circumstances of the transaction.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, compensation, repair, cancellation or other remedy that you are legally entitled to receive.
19. RevenueCat
Wayvelo uses RevenueCat to help manage:
- purchase validation;
- subscriptions;
- entitlement status;
- purchase restoration; and
- access to paid features.
RevenueCat does not replace the applicable app marketplace as the payment processor for marketplace purchases.
20. Artificial intelligence
Wayvelo uses artificial intelligence to provide certain functionality.
Current AI uses include:
- personalised itinerary generation; and
- automated extraction of information from booking documents.
Wayvelo currently uses AI services provided through Base44, including:
- Google Gemini for itinerary generation; and
- Anthropic Claude for booking-document extraction.
AI-generated content may contain:
- inaccurate information;
- omissions;
- outdated information;
- incorrect assumptions;
- unavailable businesses;
- incorrect prices;
- incorrect schedules; or
- unsuitable recommendations.
AI content should therefore be treated as planning assistance rather than authoritative travel information.
21. Transport verification
Not every part of a Wayvelo itinerary is determined solely by artificial intelligence.
Wayvelo may apply deterministic software rules to verify or override transport suggestions based on matters such as:
- geographic distance;
- landmass relationships;
- known route information; and
- configured transport rules.
These systems are intended to improve reliability but do not guarantee that a transport option:
- exists;
- is currently operating;
- is available on your dates; or
- is appropriate for your circumstances.
You remain responsible for verifying transportation directly with the relevant provider.
22. Important travel-information disclaimer
Travel information can change quickly.
You should independently verify important travel information before relying on it or making a booking.
This includes:
- passport validity;
- visa requirements;
- immigration requirements;
- entry restrictions;
- customs requirements;
- vaccination or health requirements;
- government travel advisories;
- local laws;
- safety conditions;
- weather;
- transport schedules;
- airline schedules;
- accommodation availability;
- booking conditions;
- check-in requirements;
- prices;
- exchange rates;
- opening hours; and
- insurance requirements.
Wayvelo does not guarantee that information remains current at the time you book or travel.
Nothing provided by Wayvelo constitutes legal, immigration, medical, financial, insurance, tax, safety or other professional advice.
Nothing in this section limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
23. Uploaded documents
Wayvelo may allow you to upload travel-related documents such as booking confirmations.
Wayvelo may use automated systems and artificial intelligence to extract structured information from those documents.
You remain responsible for checking extracted information against the original document before relying on it.
You should verify important information including:
- passenger names;
- booking references;
- dates;
- times;
- flight numbers;
- terminals;
- accommodation details; and
- transport information.
24. User Content
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By providing User Content to Wayvelo, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit and display that content only to the extent reasonably necessary to:
- provide the Service;
- save your information;
- generate travel content you request;
- process uploaded documents;
- display content to you;
- enable sharing you activate;
- maintain security;
- detect misuse;
- troubleshoot the Service; and
- comply with legal obligations.
This licence does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Wayvelo.
It does not authorise us to sell your User Content for advertising purposes.
The licence generally ends when the relevant User Content is deleted from active systems, subject to lawful or reasonable backup, security and retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy.
25. Your responsibility for User Content
You must have the necessary rights to provide User Content to Wayvelo.
You must not knowingly upload content that:
- is unlawful;
- infringes intellectual property rights;
- violates another person's privacy;
- breaches confidentiality;
- contains malicious software;
- is fraudulent; or
- you have no legal right to provide.
If information relates to another person, you are responsible for ensuring you have any permission reasonably required to provide that information to Wayvelo.
26. Shared trips
Trips are private by default.
Wayvelo may allow you to create a read-only link that makes selected trip information accessible to another person.
A recipient can view information made available through the sharing link but cannot edit the underlying Wayvelo trip through that link.
Shared information may include:
- trip title;
- destinations;
- countries;
- dates;
- number of nights;
- number of travellers;
- estimated trip cost;
- destination summaries;
- hero imagery; and
- overall trip summary information.
Wayvelo does not intentionally expose through the public sharing response:
- your account email address;
- private booking confirmation numbers;
- Travel Wallet documents;
- private questionnaire answers;
- private notes;
- uploaded personal photos; or
- internal account identifiers.
You control whether supported trip sharing is enabled.
You may revoke or regenerate a sharing link.
Once another person has accessed shared information, Wayvelo cannot prevent them from:
- taking screenshots;
- copying information;
- saving information; or
- sharing information outside Wayvelo.
Do not include confidential or sensitive information in content you intentionally make publicly accessible.
27. Referral functionality
Wayvelo may provide referral functionality.
Referral rewards may include free itinerary-generation credits.
Referral rewards:
- have no cash value;
- cannot normally be transferred;
- may be subject to eligibility requirements;
- may be limited to legitimate referrals; and
- may be withheld or reversed where reasonably necessary to address fraud, duplicate claims or abuse.
We will not use this clause to remove a legitimately earned purchased entitlement.
28. Intellectual property
The Wayvelo Service and its underlying materials may include intellectual property owned by or licensed to us, including:
- software;
- source code;
- application design;
- branding;
- logos;
- interfaces;
- databases;
- algorithms;
- prompts;
- workflows;
- graphics;
- written content; and
- proprietary functionality.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of those rights to you.
Except where permitted by law or these Terms, you must not:
- reproduce;
- commercially exploit;
- sell;
- distribute;
- copy;
- modify;
- reverse engineer; or
- create unauthorised derivative products from
Wayvelo's proprietary Service.
29. Personal use of generated itineraries
Wayvelo allows you to use itineraries and trip-planning material generated for you for your personal travel-planning purposes.
Subject to applicable third-party rights, you may:
- save generated itineraries;
- print them;
- modify your personal copy;
- use them for your own travel; and
- share them with friends, family or travelling companions.
Where we hold intellectual property rights in material generated specifically for you, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that material for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not use Wayvelo to:
- operate a competing automated itinerary business;
- systematically reproduce Wayvelo's databases;
- commercially scrape generated outputs;
- resell Wayvelo access; or
- falsely represent Wayvelo's proprietary content or branding as your own.
30. Personal and non-commercial use
Wayvelo is intended for personal travel planning.
Commercial use by:
- travel agents;
- itinerary businesses;
- tour operators;
- travel advisers; or
- other commercial planning services
is not supported without our prior written permission.
You must not resell Wayvelo access or use Wayvelo as an underlying commercial travel-planning platform without permission.
31. Acceptable use
You must use Wayvelo lawfully and reasonably.
You must not:
- violate applicable law;
- attempt unauthorised system access;
- introduce malware;
- interfere with Service security;
- exploit vulnerabilities;
- deliberately evade rate limits;
- circumvent purchase or entitlement controls;
- manipulate generation-credit balances;
- fraudulently obtain paid access;
- automate large-scale generation without permission;
- scrape protected portions of the Service at scale;
- impersonate another person;
- use another person's account without authority;
- deliberately abuse sharing functionality;
- infringe another person's rights; or
- use Wayvelo for fraudulent or harmful purposes.
We may take reasonable steps to investigate suspected misuse.
32. Affiliate links and travel partners
Wayvelo may include third-party travel links.
Some links may become or be affiliate links.
If a link is an affiliate link and you complete a qualifying transaction, Wayvelo may receive a commission or referral payment.
Unless otherwise stated, this does not increase the amount you pay.
Wayvelo does not guarantee that every external booking link is an affiliate link.
The existence of a link does not necessarily mean Wayvelo has a formal partnership with the third-party provider.
33. Third-party services
Wayvelo may link to or rely upon services operated by third parties, including:
- airlines;
- accommodation providers;
- transport operators;
- booking websites;
- activity providers;
- visa services;
- maps;
- imagery providers;
- AI providers;
- authentication providers;
- app marketplaces; and
- technology infrastructure providers.
Wayvelo does not control those third parties.
Their terms and privacy policies apply to their own services.
To the extent permitted by law, Wayvelo is not responsible for matters controlled by those providers, including:
- cancelled flights;
- accommodation availability;
- booking-provider pricing;
- third-party refund decisions;
- transport delays;
- third-party website outages;
- inaccurate third-party information; or
- security incidents within an independent third-party service.
Nothing in this section removes liability that applicable law places on Wayvelo.
34. Availability of the Service
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.
Wayvelo may experience interruptions caused by:
- maintenance;
- updates;
- bugs;
- internet outages;
- infrastructure problems;
- third-party service failure;
- security incidents;
- excessive demand;
- natural disasters; or
- circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary to:
- maintain the Service;
- deploy updates;
- resolve technical problems;
- prevent abuse;
- protect users; or
- maintain security.
Nothing in this section removes remedies available under applicable law.
35. Changes to Wayvelo
Wayvelo will evolve over time.
We may:
- introduce new functionality;
- improve existing features;
- replace functionality;
- change providers;
- modify interfaces;
- discontinue features; or
- change how parts of the Service operate.
Where a change materially affects an existing paid entitlement, we will take reasonable steps to comply with applicable law and applicable app-marketplace requirements.
36. Permanent discontinuation
We do not guarantee that Wayvelo will operate indefinitely.
If we permanently discontinue the Wayvelo Service, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
Unused paid entitlements and remaining paid subscription periods will be handled in accordance with:
- applicable consumer law;
- applicable marketplace rules; and
- any other mandatory legal rights.
37. Suspension
We may temporarily suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to:
- investigate fraud;
- investigate serious abuse;
- address a security risk;
- prevent harm to other users;
- protect Wayvelo infrastructure;
- comply with law; or
- investigate a serious breach of these Terms.
Where reasonably practicable, we will act proportionately to the nature and seriousness of the issue.
38. Account termination
We may terminate an account for:
- serious or repeated breaches of these Terms;
- deliberate fraud;
- unlawful conduct;
- serious security abuse; or
- deliberate misuse of Wayvelo.
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue unless doing so would:
- create a security risk;
- enable further fraud;
- interfere with an investigation;
- be impracticable; or
- conflict with law.
Where legally permitted, unused paid credits or remaining paid access may be forfeited following termination for serious fraud or deliberate abuse.
We will not apply forfeiture where applicable consumer law requires a different result.
39. Consumer guarantees and mandatory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any:
- statutory consumer guarantee;
- consumer right;
- legal remedy; or
- other legal protection
that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
For Australian consumers, this includes applicable protections under the Australian Consumer Law.
Users elsewhere may also have mandatory consumer protections under the laws of their country or region.
These Terms operate subject to those rights.
40. Disclaimer
Subject to Section 39 and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that:
- every itinerary is accurate;
- every recommendation is suitable;
- every business or attraction remains open;
- all AI output is error-free;
- every route remains available;
- prices remain unchanged;
- third-party information is always current;
- Wayvelo is continuously available; or
- every feature works on every device.
These limitations do not affect guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
41. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Subject to mandatory consumer rights, Wayvelo is not responsible for losses to the extent they result from matters outside our reasonable control, including:
- airline decisions;
- cancelled flights;
- accommodation cancellations;
- transport disruption;
- immigration decisions;
- border-entry decisions;
- changes to government requirements;
- weather;
- strikes;
- third-party price changes;
- third-party booking failures;
- user-provided inaccurate information; or
- a user's failure to verify important travel information.
Where Wayvelo contributes to a loss, responsibility will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or another liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
42. Your responsibility for deliberate misuse
You are responsible for your own unlawful or unauthorised conduct.
To the extent permitted by law, you may be responsible for reasonable losses directly caused by your:
- deliberate breach of these Terms;
- fraudulent conduct;
- unlawful use of Wayvelo;
- deliberate infringement of another person's rights; or
- knowing introduction of malicious software.
We will not seek compensation under this section for loss that was not reasonably caused by your conduct or where doing so would be unlawful or unfair.
43. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Wayvelo Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains matters including:
- information collection;
- AI processing;
- uploaded documents;
- account deletion;
- public trip sharing;
- analytics;
- international processing; and
- privacy rights.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy should be read together.
44. App marketplace terms
Downloading or purchasing through the Apple App Store or Google Play may also be subject to the terms of the applicable marketplace.
Those terms may govern matters including:
- application distribution;
- marketplace payment processing;
- subscription management;
- refunds;
- billing;
- application licensing; and
- purchase restoration.
Where mandatory marketplace terms apply to a particular marketplace transaction, those terms apply to that issue in addition to these Terms.
45. Apple App Store
Where Wayvelo is downloaded through Apple's App Store, Apple's applicable terms governing the App Store and the application licence may also apply.
Unless Wayvelo provides a separate custom Apple end-user licence agreement, the applicable Apple standard application licence may govern the licence to the downloaded application.
These Wayvelo Terms continue to govern your use of Wayvelo's Service where applicable.
46. Google Play
Where Wayvelo is distributed through Google Play, use of Google Play and purchases made through Google Play may also be subject to Google's applicable terms, billing rules and policies.
These Wayvelo Terms continue to govern your use of Wayvelo's Service where applicable.
47. Informal dispute resolution
If you have a problem or dispute relating to Wayvelo, please contact us first at:
We will make a reasonable effort to understand and resolve the issue informally.
This section does not:
- require arbitration;
- prevent you from contacting a regulator;
- prevent you from contacting a consumer-protection authority;
- prevent you from exercising statutory rights;
- prevent urgent legal action; or
- require you to delay legal proceedings where doing so could prejudice your rights.
If the issue cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue any lawful remedy available through a competent court or tribunal.
48. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
The courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the Service.
However, this choice of law does not remove any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional protections that apply to you under the laws of your country or region.
49. Force majeure
To the extent permitted by law, Wayvelo is not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These may include:
- natural disasters;
- severe weather;
- war;
- terrorism;
- civil unrest;
- pandemics;
- government action;
- electricity failure;
- internet or telecommunications outages;
- major cloud-infrastructure failures;
- cyberattacks; or
- widespread third-party outages.
This section does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
50. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary to:
- reflect changes to Wayvelo;
- introduce new functionality;
- reflect changes to paid products;
- comply with law;
- address security issues; or
- improve clarity.
When we update these Terms, we will update the Last updated date.
Where a material change requires notice under applicable law, we will provide reasonable notice through an appropriate method such as:
- the App;
- the Website; or
- email.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already accrued or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you may stop using Wayvelo.
51. Assignment
You may not transfer your Wayvelo account or your rights under these Terms to another person without our consent.
We may transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a legitimate:
- merger;
- acquisition;
- restructure;
- sale of Wayvelo; or
- transfer of the relevant business.
Any transfer remains subject to applicable law and will not remove mandatory consumer rights.
52. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified to the minimum extent reasonably necessary where legally possible.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
53. No waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean we have permanently waived our right to enforce it.
54. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with:
- our Privacy Policy;
- purchase information shown before payment; and
- any additional terms expressly applying to a particular Wayvelo feature
form the agreement governing your use of the Wayvelo Service.
Applicable app-marketplace terms may separately govern marketplace transactions and app distribution.
55. Survival
Provisions that by their nature need to continue after your account or these Terms end will continue to apply.
These may include provisions concerning:
- intellectual property;
- User Content necessary for deletion or lawful retention;
- consumer rights;
- liability;
- dispute resolution;
- governing law;
- outstanding payment matters; and
- accrued legal rights.
